Use business, accounting, and financial data to understand business patterns and trends

Entry level: 1-2 years work experience
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals.
Knowledge and consistent ability to log and update information in CRM systems.
Identify most-qualified leads and decision makers.
Relentless, but appropriate, pursuit of opportunities.
Build relationships of trust with fellow team-members, prospects and members.
Synthesize information to create the ideal plan for the prospect.
Understand and effectively communicate TOCG's value proposition, processes, and partnerships to propel the growth of current and prospective member accounts .

Related sales experience, preferably experience in account executive role
Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships

Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
Determine the message the design should portray
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
Select colors, images, text style, and layout
Present the design to clients or the art director
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
